Working together is easy . . .

Fill out our service request form to help us understand your current situation and once we agree to work together, we schedule your consultation and your writing project begins. All projects are conducted via phone, email, and fax. Client discussions and shared materials are held in the strictest confidence. The first resume and cover letter drafts will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days after your consultation. Resume Project Fees

Before your consultation . . .

You'll be provided with project worksheets to ensure pertinent information about your overall career experience, background, and most notable accomplishments are obtained. These customized worksheets, along with additional requested items to support your resume project, will be the focal point of your consultation. You'll also be given a "pass code" to access and take an online DISC assessment.

DISC Assessment

An online behavioral assessment that provides insight into your behavioral style, natural strengths, abilities, and other key attributes. This is not a test and there are no wrong answers. This particular assessment is a tool of our trade to help glean additional information regarding your communication style, general characteristics, and key strengths. A unique pass code to access the online assessment is required and will be provided along with your project worksheets. Within 1-2 business days, the assessment results report will be sent to you via email for your personal files.

In-depth Phone Consultation

We provide each client with an in-depth 1:1 phone consultation to discuss their resume project in detail, including the project worksheets and any other documents pertaining to the development of your resume and cover letter. Duration of consultation ranges between 40-60 minutes with potential brief follow-up discussions if deemed necessary.

Customized Resume & Cover Letter Development

Documents are customized and designed to meet the needs of your target audience with the objective of motivating employers to review your resume in detail. Resume - reveals personal value, emphasizes your career accomplishments, and demonstrates you unique ability to make a difference within an organization. ASCII Format Document Conversion

Completing online forms, posting your resume on the Internet, or e-mailing it to potential employers or recruiters will require your resume and cover letter content to be in plain-text format (aka ASCII format). All of our resume packages include electronic files (ASCII / MS Word). ASCII formatted documents ensure maximum readability and glitch-free transmission of their documents when conducing your job search online.

Web Resume

We maintain the look and feel of your original resume by formatting the web page so that it looks as close to the original as possible. The HTML version will appear as "one page" online even if it goes beyond two or more pages. The person reviewing your resume will not have to wait for different pages to load or for a flash web page to load. Each online resume has a PDF and text version available for downloading or printing anytime via the Internet.

We provide you with a customized URL link and will host your web resume for 6 months. Your web resume can be viewed online by providing your customized link to those people you would like to see your resume.

VisualCV - Basic

Various segments of your newly developed resume and cover letter content integrated into an Internet-based multimedia resume, in addition to keyword rich summary content creation to optimize search engine results of your VisualCV and make it easier for potential employers and recruiters to find you online as well. Our basic level service will also include links to your MS Word, ASCII, and PDF resume files we created for you.

VisualCV - Upgrade

Same offerings provided in our VisualCV - Basic level service however, we'll add in video/audio clips, project files, articles, charts, graphs, and site links (i.e. social networking sites, LinkedIn profile, etc.) to your VisualCV project.
